MARIETTA, Ga. -- A Marietta man was indicted July 25 on 25 counts of invasion of privacy.
Mark Allen Storch is accused of recording 25 women without them knowing or agreeing to the taping in July 2012, according to Investigator Kim Isaza of the Cobb County District Attorney's office.
The women were recorded in bathrooms and private rooms of two salons, one on Sandy Plains Road in Marietta and the other on Loring Road in Kennesaw.

If convicted, 55-year-old Storch could face five years in prison for each count and a $10,000 fine, Isaza said.
Storch has no attorney, according to court records, and is free on bond.
The arraignment date was not set as of Wednesday.
