LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. -- A man wanted for child molestation is back in Georgia.
Gwinnett Sheriff's Deputy Shannon Volkodav said the suspect, Ricardo Tirado-Pantoja was accused of child molestation on May 6, when he ran from authorities. Gwinnett County Police issued a warrant for Tirado-Pantoja and passed it to the Sheriff's Fugitive Unit.
With the help of U.S. Marshals, the suspect was found in Louisiana on May 30.
Tirado-Pantoja is being held in jail without bond. He faces charges of child molestation and battery, along with two counts of cruelty to children, which are from a separate incident, Volkodav said.
