GWINNETT COUNTY, Ga. -- Michael Snider of Stone Mountain was indicted on Wednesday for a series of hit and runs, and a death that happened in January.

According to the indictment from the Gwinnett County District Attorney's Office, charged Snider on 29 counts including felony murder, property damage, vehicular homicide, DUI, reckless driving and failure to stop at the accident scene.
The 70-year-old suspect made his first appearance before a Gwinnett County Magistrate Judge was on Thursday, January 24. That hearing was expedited because of Snider's age and health concerns.
