ATLANTA -- Accused killer Andrea Sneiderman has dropped her lawsuit against her former in-laws.
Sneiderman, accused of murder in the killing of her husband Rusty in November 2010, filed the suit against her husband's brother Steven. The suit accused him of libel when he openly speculated on Mrs. Sneiderman's involvement. Her former co-worker, Hemy Neuman, was convicted in the shooting death.

Mrs. Sneiderman faces trial in July. Prosecutors say she manipulated Neuman into killing her husband.
The lawsuit was filed in response to a wrongful death suit filed by Rusty Sneiderman's family. Mrs. Sneiderman is the defendant in that case. The wrongful death suit is still pending, but is unlikely to be adjudicated prior to the murder trial.
Mrs. Sneiderman's attorneys withdrew the suit "without prejudice," which means it could be re-filed within six months. That means it could re-emerge following the criminal trial.
Attorneys for the two sides declined comment.
