GWINNETT COUNTY, Ga. (WXIA) -- Daniel Cleary, 46, who police said kidnapped his sons last December and was found with them in Austin, TX., received a bond of $40,000 in court Monday.
Cleary has been charged with two counts of interference with custody.

Prosecutors said Cleary took his sons, Ben, 9, and Henry, 8, and disappeared days before Christmas.
The boys' mother, Theresa Nash, reported the boys missing after she said Cleary took the boys and left the state.
A nationwide Amber Alert had been issued for the boys after Cleary had been reported near Nashville, and was seen on surveillance video with the boys at a Walmart in that area.
Cleary and the boys were found days later at a motel in Austin, where authorities said they were able to take him into custody without incident.
Authorities said that while Cleary may be able to make bond, there will be restrictions on his movement. He will have to wear an ankle monitor and not be allowed to talk, phone or email his young sons for the foreseeable future.
