Three-person robbing crew arrested Thursday night

ATLANTA, Ga. -- On Thursday night, Atlanta Police arrested a three-person robbing crew on the 300 block of Moreland Avenue. 

According to police, an officer on patrol noticed someone "going from car to car using a flashlight shining his light into the cabin of each while a female stood at the edge of the lot and appeared to be a "look out" for the males."

The officer conducted a routine traffic stop on the vehicle as it attempted to leave the scene. During the stop, the officer discovered a car full of stolen items, including a Fulton County School laptop. 

Gregory Sigmon, Alice Blackwell and William Pearson were charged with Entering Auto, Theft by receiving stolen property, Possession of tool to commit crime. 

All of the stolen items were returned to their owners.
