Police said the arrest was made after an extensive surveillance operation carried out by the Criminal Investigations Division.

Charges were made based on incidents that have happened this past week on a multi-use path system in Peachtree City. Police said the suspect exposes himself to walkers while driving his golf cart.

The suspect, whose name was not released, is being held at the regional youth detention center pending a court hearing in the Fayette County Juvenile Court.
