SANDY SPRINGS, Ga. -- The husband of Adina Parson, an Atlanta attorney gunned down at her apartment, was indicted on Friday afternoon for attempted murder.

Michael Parson is charged with shooting his wife eight times on April 20, outside of the couples Sandy Springs apartment.
Parson was arrested weeks after the shooting in Texas. He was indicted on one count of Criminal Attempt to Commit Murder, two counts of Aggravated Battery, two counts of Aggravated Assault, one count of Possession of a Firearm during the Commission of a Crime, and one count of Possession of Marijuana, less than one ounce.
