The Sheriff Office's Sgt. Adrion Bell said Stone was arrested at an apartment complex on Mt. Zion Road in Stockbridge at 3:30pm Wednesday after a two hour surveillance on an apartment.

Stone was featured as 11 Alive's Fugitive of the Week on November 16, 2011. "The segment may have paid off because Stone was arrested as a result of an anonymous tip," said Sgt. Bell.

DECATUR, Ga. -- Reginald Stone is our fugitive of the week. He's wanted for kidnapping, armed robbery and carjacking by the DeKalb County Sheriff Office Fugitive Squad.

Police say Stone approached a medical school student at a Shell gas station on Briarcliff Road and stuck a gun to her head. Stone and Kalen Ford, who was with him, forced the med student into her car and forced her to drive them to several ATM's in the DeKalb County area. At an ATM at the Wells Fargo Bank on Houston Mill Road, she was forced to withdraw $60. The crime happened on July 18, 2011.

Kalen Ford was arrested, but Stone is still on the loose. Police used video from the ATM and Ford to identify Reginald Stone, but he has been elusive. "He's from this area," said DeKalb County Sheriff Tom Brown. "He has some folks in this area, but he doesn't have any permanent place that he calls home, living in and out of group homes throughout the county and the metropolitan area."

Sheriff Brown said if someone sees Stone, they should call 911 and not approach him. "He's already shown that he can put a gun to somebody's head and take some money, so he'll probably do it again," he said. "We want to try to catch him before that happens."
