Rising American tennis star Jack Sock provides colorful commentary

ATLANTA -- Despite the last minute withdrawal of the 15-time grand slam champion Bryan Brothers, the inaugural Bro-down Showdown delighted doubles tennis fans from all over Metro Atlanta.

The event was emceed by one 11Alive's tennis lover, John Gerard a.k.a. "Commuter Dude" and featured several sets of brothers, battling it out for sibling supremacy on Stadium Court in Atlantic Station. 

Two-time U.S. Open quarter-finalist, James Blake teamed with brother Thomas, U.S. Open Mixed Doubles Champion Jack Sock partnered with brother Eric, 2012 BB&T Doubles co-champion Ryan Harrison played with younger brother Christian, and former Georgia Tech teammates Kevin King and Juan Carlos-Spir, rounded out the field.

Prior to all the brotherly brawl, Ted Hall, Karyn Greer and Chesley McNeil hit around with Wimbledon Doubles runners up, Ivan Dodig and Marcelo Melo.
